These terms are the agreement between you and HeyGPA for the Guide, Your Academic Appeal. Please read them before you buy. When you buy or read the Guide, you accept these terms.

Who we are

HeyGPA sells and runs the Guide. HeyGPA is run by Laura through 1591455 B.C. LTD., a British Columbia company. Our mailing address is 7-2070 Harvey Ave., Unit #150, Kelowna, BC V1Y 8P8. Email hello@heygpahub.com with any question about these terms.

What the Guide is

Your Academic Appeal is an online guide. You read it as web pages after you sign in. It is not a PDF, and there is nothing to download. Your access starts as soon as you open the sign-in link we email you.

What the Guide is not

The Guide is educational information. It is not legal advice, and reading it does not make us your lawyer or your representative. We cannot promise a result. Your school decides your appeal, not us. If your case touches your visa, a contract, or a court, speak to a lawyer.

Price and payment

The Guide costs $47 USD. Tax is added at checkout when it applies. You pay by card through Stripe Checkout. Stripe handles your card details; we never see your card number.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not give refunds. The full list of contents is on the sales page, so you can see what you are buying first. If you have a question, email hello@heygpahub.com before you buy.

Your account and your access

Your access is tied to the email address you use at checkout. You sign in with a one-time link sent to that address. There is no password.

• The Guide is for one person: you.
• Do not forward your sign-in links or let anyone else use your access.
• If you ask your card issuer for a refund, or start a chargeback, we end your access.

What you may do with the Guide

The text, templates, and checklists in the Guide belong to HeyGPA. You may use them for your own appeal, and you may copy a template into your own letter or statement. You may not share, sell, post, or republish the Guide or any part of it. You may not use it to train a machine learning model or to build a competing product.

Fair use of the site

Please use the site the normal way. Do not try to break into it, copy it with automated tools, or stop other people from using it. Do not use the Guide to break the law or your school’s rules.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the site up, but we cannot promise it is always available. The Guide is supplied as it is. We give no warranty beyond the ones the law gives you.

Limit of our responsibility

If something goes wrong and we are at fault, the most we owe you is what you paid for the Guide. We are not responsible for the result of your appeal, or for lost grades, lost time, or lost income. Nothing here removes a right that the law gives you and does not let you give up.

Ending your access

You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Email hello@heygpahub.com from your sign-in address. Deleting your account ends your access, and there is no refund. We may end your access if you break these terms, share your access, or charge back your payment. Our privacy policy says what we delete and what we keep.

Which laws apply

These terms follow the laws of British Columbia, Canada. The courts of British Columbia handle any dispute about them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the last change. A change applies to purchases made after we post it.
